An absolute monarchy with a hereditary form of succession. The only problem would be choosing the best monarch to put into power. That is also where Christianity comes in. Here is a basic example of what i intend to do with a gravity fed system.
I have a silt tank which is easy to clean out and it pumps water up hill to a main holding tank which i would have to clean less frequently. You can have the pump run manual or automatic it doesn't matter too much.
The main tank then runs a line back down to the house which provides pressure to the various outlets, shitter, kitchen, bathroom, shower ect.
All waste water goes to a septic tank which then goes out into a dispersal field. I have the washing machine hooked up to a sump so it doesn't flow into the septic tank (kills the good bacteria otherwise)
Just some first hand experience anyway other people may have better designs.
