The premise is false. But, assuming you are ernest in your inquiry, I suppose you mean why are ANY White women choosing ANY race of male other than White, regardless of how infrequently it happens.
I would blame the following:
1) Due to heavy industrialization and mass expansion of white color jobs, in addition to the 'softening' of blue collar jobs due to tool improvement, White males are now, in general, doughy and out of shape, which is not physically appealing to women.
2) The feminization of men, due to incredible pressure from groups and government agencies, via social conditioning, has led to a generation of sissies too scared to even argue, much less fight. Women do not find this appealing.
3) Responsible is boring. The guy who works full time, and overtime, to provide, is almost always viewed as 'boring' because work takes up so much of his time. These type of men are also not inclined to spend their hard earned money of flashy frivolities, enforcing the stereotype of being boring.
There are probably other reasons, but I'm too bored by the question to think about it anymore.
In short, it's almost without exception stupid, shallow White girls who choose non-White men. And it almost always end badly.

I considered it, then realized it's a combination of modern feminism and popular culture which discourages marriage in favor of "sexual liberation" and shames women for adopting traditional marriage roles over work, which ultimately leads to the destruction of the family unit and therefore an abundance of singly mothered children who most often become violently useful idiots that love the government (but hate the police) and maintain the dependency cycle. I don't really consider any of it brainwashing or a conspiracy, just the usual wheel of degeneracy that all cultures and civilizations face after a time.
The truth is, it's not really women turning away from men (there will always be enough Chads), but rather men turning away from women because they don't like what they see.
