Jupiter is not combustible, but it is extremely fusible.
The Sun and Jupiter are more or less made up of the same stuff, Hydrogen and Helium, with relatively small amounts of other elements thrown in.
If Jupiter had around 80x more mass, its gravity would create enough pressure at its core to initiate nuclear fusion and it would become a small, cool, dim star.
The Sun is about 1000x more massive than Jupiter, so if Jupiter somehow impacted the Sun, it wouldn't really be significant, aside from the very short-lived spectacular light show as the planet was torn to shreds by tidal forces and solar wind before being absorbed.
