The point still stands that most Syrians have remained in Syria
The women and children are fine, they should be allowed to stay on temporary residencies. Their husbands would perhaps be allowed to visit when the army gives them leave. But the men should stay and either fight for or against Assad. If they have skills that countries are lacking then those countries and those people are lucky and should be given refuge in return for their skills. If these men have no national pride in their birth countries what makes you think they'll have any pride for their adopted nations?
