What blows my mind with this recent situation is that people are surprised that Trump wanted to "get him the hell out of here" and possibly "rough him up". These people have become so accustomed to white people rolling over to show their bellies that someone standing up to their bullying is unthinkable to them. The idea that someone is upset over BLM attempting to hijack an event isn't even a foregone conclusion at this point, it's the exception rather than the norm.
