It does make a whole lot of sense tough. Child benefits are possible because people give a part of their own money as tax to the country.
Then they decided that now they are going to give the parents with children some of that money back. And you have the smart people who take care of the health of their children and vaccinate them, and then you have idiots who skip vaccination and end up with children who have serious debilitating illnesses and swallow more money than a black hole could.
Putting a microchip into someone? Again how is that bad in itself? If you get in a serious car wreck that chip could save your life. Rather than being adamant against technology that brings progress, we should be trying to make sure that this technology wont get abused and that its development and use will be transparent.
