I was on the pill for since I was 16. Never had a problem. Stopped taking it when I was 22 and fell pregnant first month trying. Had baby then went back on the pill. Stopped taking to try for baby #2 fell pregnant again first month trying (18 months between kids). My youngest is 3 years old. I recently had the mirena inserted 3 months ago as we don't want anymore kids. So far so good.
