All 3 diseases you listed exist on neurological level. Leftists don't glorify PTSD, schizofrenia or BD, they are concentrated on sexual identity disorders. Due to changing social environment epidemiology of mental disorders changed and IIRC western societies shifted towards cluster B disorders, meaning more borderline emotional wrecks. There are tons of misdiagnoses tho and corruption (especially in children diagnoses like dyslexia).

Funny fact: Not only are the German people paying a huge amount of welfare costs for Turks inside Germany, but also their extended families back in Turkey, who all receive health care.
Turks don't mix though and so they are marrying a lot in their own families, which is actually producing a lot of retards.
So I am very ambivalent about government financed programs, that try to teach them not to fuck their sisters. It might have saved us money in the short run, but then again the Turkish question could have solved itself.

Physically disabled people can still contribute to society, even when completely paralyzed (Hawking).
Mentally disabled people are a massive ethical conundrum culminating in a Brave New World "dumb people are a permanent undercaste" situation.
