>Hillary Clinton will win the election over Marco Rubio

>the Republican party's disproportionate venom for her will drive congressional attitudes toward the White House for her entire term

>The Tea Party will continue to consolidate its influence as the GOP platform becomes one of "take down Hillary"

>A failed impeachment next to her decisive leadership in major foreign policy professionally representing America will turn public opinion sharply against congressmen who are now seen as juvenile, obstructionist, and harmful

>the Republican Party is left, by its own doing, in the worst hole since FDR

I have seen the future, /pol/, and it is a Rodham triumph
>>
Is Clinton worse than Sanders?
>>
>>56485297
She's the establishment candidate. If she's elected things will just be business as usual.
>>
>>56485404
So why does /pol/ fear her more than that communist grandpa+
>>
>>56485514
The only people who like Sanders are reddit crosssiters

.
>>
>>56485514
Probably because of all the shady shit she has done.
>>
American NiGgAz are not going to voter fraud or even show like they did for first gay president Obabo
>>
Clinton would not win over Rubio/Kasich ticket. They may not be popular on /pol/ but Rubio could be the Republican Obama with all his talk about civilization and happy conservatism and shit, plus he's a minority, good looking (don't underestimate that) and would take Florida. Kasich would appeal to moderates more than Hillary/Sanders and he would definitely take Ohio.
>>
>>56486092
Also Trump will beat all of them
>>
>>56485297
IMO a vote for Hilary is basically a vote for Bill, it's almost guaranteed that she'd realise she was out of her depth within the first week and start having her husband make all the decisions for her
>>
>>56486092
But neither Kasich or Rubio are conservatives. Who would buy the "happy conservatism" routine from non-conservatives?
>>
>>56485297

Yes, and yet she is a lot smarter than Sanders.
>>
>>56486441
True.

>>56486544
Most people are retarded. Trump isn't really a conservative either, he's a centre-right populist.
>>
>>56486614
Very smart people can simultaneously be mindblowingly stupid, go spend some time on /lit/ if you want to see this first hand
>>
>>56486638
Anyway, the idea that the establishment will somehow magically come to life at some point and slay the Trump dragon is an article of faith at this point. If they could get Trump to go away now, they'd do it. In their minds, he's ruining the Republican brand and hurting them in the general. They're wrong about that, but the establishment is wrong about almost everything, so that's nothing new. But there are no signs that they have the power, or even the competence (Trump is right when he depicts them as bumbling buffoons, because that is precisely what they are, Rubio included) to dethrone Trump. If they did, they'd have done it by now. They can't. They don't know how, and they don't know how because they don't understand Republican voters.

They have nobody that the American people want. Nobody wants Rubio. He's weird and weird looking, he's a rookie Senator with no achievements, he's terrible with money, he has the whole "I'm a stereotypical lying politician" image that Republicans voters are absolutely fed up with right now, and indeed he did lie when he ran for Senate on an anti-amnesty platform and then turned around and pushed for amnesty once elected, so nobody who will learn about this will ever trust anything he has to say, because every policy proposal he makes it subject to complete and sudden reversal once in office.

Nobody wants him except for a very small, and ever dwindling, subset of the GOP that for whatever reason are enamored with establishment plastic politicians. Probably elderly people.

I know, and this is why I fear Clinton more than Pinko Sanders. Bernie is at least an honest lunatic and if he were president, he'd fail and give us an opportunity to make a comeback in 2020.
>>
>>56487228
Clinton and Bernie will both probably get bullied into doing whatever the big corporations want them to do, at least Trump is powerful enough to not be reliant on donations
>>
>>56485139
There's fighting in the future and it isn't verbal, hence the establishment will take its medicine and accept a fake-scandal-plagued, media-despised Trump presidency.

>realize this won't happen in our universe
>but there is a universe in which this will definitely happen

Those poor bastards
>>
>>56485139
If the Republicans run anyone but Trump then Trump will run in a third party, and that would guarantee a Clinton election. The Republicans will run Trump because they don't really have a choice.
>>
>>56485514
Because "business as usual" is unsustainable, and will ultimately lead to our demise. Not that sander's will prevent our demise, only Paul can do that, and with our congress, not even him can prevent the happening. It's all over.
>>
>>56488187
Which will also ensure a Hillary win.
>>
>>56485139
There needs to be a split up of the major parties and the republicans may be the first to do it.

The Tea Party are the crazy populists.

The religious right are the Christian democrats

and the "mainline" republicans are something like the EPP in Europe.

The democrats have the liberals, the democratic socialists, and the commies.

When we have at least 6 parties, we can have a real democracy. Until then, it's a game of pandering and failure ad infinitum
>>
>>56488339
That is much less a sure thing.
>>
>>56485404
Hillary Clinton is the Julia Gillard to Jeb Bush's Malcolm Turnbull, except both of those Australians are far and away better human beings than Clinton or Jeb Bush, and that is saying something, considering how Game of Thronesy Australian politics is
