>said the rebels were Al-Qaeda and "came from outside" Libya
>was right

>said Europe would be flooded with migrants if Libya fell
>was right

This man made Libya the most developed country in Africa. He didn't squander his country's oil wealth like Russia or Venezuela. He actually built good infrastructure for his people, PAID them to study overseas (there were Libyan students in Canada who were afraid that if Gaddafi fell, they would no longer get money to study), and built up a large gold reserve for his country. He also wanted to establish a gold-backed currency in Africa and convince African countries to sell their resources for gold instead of USD or other fiat currency.

>Assad said the rebels were terrorists
>was right
>Assad said Europe's migrant problem was because of their support of ISIS/Al-Nusra/etc
>was right

Why do Western countries never learn from their mistakes? Why are we angry at Islam for our own stupid fucking mistakes?

he threatened the interests of the worlds central banks with his countries economic success and his ideals of making a african gold standard. soon after he was gone, a central bank was put in libya. sure he killed people and was a dictator but he did actually keep terrorist type people in check.

Couple of days ago somebody posted a video of him speaking at a council of Arab Nations. I was very impressed with his skill as an orator and he seemed to make a lot of sense. I wasn't old enough when he was killed so I believed the media that he was a bad guy.

This part of a letter from Gaddafi to Obama during the NATO intervention:

>Our son, Excellency,
>President Obama

>We have been hurt more morally that physically because of what had happened against us in both deeds and words by you. Despite all this you will always remain our son whatever happened. We still pray that you continue to be president of the U.S.A. We Endeavour and hope that you will gain victory in the new election campaigne. You are a man who has enough courage to annul a wrong and mistaken action. I am sure that you are able to shoulder the responsibility for that. Enough evidence is available, Bearing in mind that you are the president of the strongest power in the world nowadays, and since Nato is waging an unjust war against a small people of a developing country. This country had already been subjected to embargo and sanctions, furthermore it also suffered a direct military armed aggression during Reagan’s time. This country is Libya. Hence, to serving world peace … Friendship between our peoples … and for the sake of economic, and security cooperation against terror, you are in a position to keep Nato off the Libyan affair for good.

>As you know too well democracy and building of civil society cannot be achieved by means of missiles and aircraft, or by backing armed member of AlQuaeda in Benghazi.

>You — yourself — said on many occasions, one of them in the UN General Assembly, I was witness to that personally, that America is not responsible for the security of other peoples. That America helps only. This is the right logic.

>Our dear son, Excellency, Baraka Hussein Abu oumama, your intervention is the name of the U.S.A. is a must, so that Nato would withdraw finally from the Libyan affair. Libya should be left to Libyans within the African union frame.

Turns out he killed his own people that happened to be terrorist oh i mean democratic freedom fighters that happen to blow themselves up sometimes in western nations.

10/10 west, keep at it.

I think a lot of people are asking the wrong questions, if autistic virgins on an Incan knot tying circle can figure out these mistakes and how to prevent them from being made again, why can't world leaders?

It isn't "Why are world leaders retarded enough to not learn from their mistakes and fix this"

It's closer to "Why are they doing this"

The liberation of Libya was supposed to be one of Hillarys crowning achievements but it got fucked up by al-qaida. In fact all of the dems were hoping Libya would be a democratic state since part of Obamas re-election campaign was "al-qaida is on the run"

And don't forget that after the war, a lot of mercenaries from Libya moved to Mali and started separatist uprisings there, and from the chaos several Islamist groups began to get a foothold. The recent hotel attack is also linked to these groups.

>Why do Western countries never learn from their mistakes?

Because Jews run Western governments, and don't care what the truth is or what the consequences for the West are.

In fact, that the West would be flooded by Muslims was a goal, not an unintended consequence. Do you think when the Jews heard it would flood Europe with Muslims they thought, "Oh no we'd better not, then"?

Shoot, I was still in school and not into politics back then as well.

I just remember seeing this guy on TV and all these claims about him being evil without any real evidence behind the claims. Then one day in November I think I see him dead on the news.

It felt weird. I was always sceptical of the media when it came to that kind of stuff.

He's been cast as the villain since the 70's, so they weren't really looking to explain why he was evil to Millennials.

Jews by nature play whatever works best for the jew.

They should not be in control of white governments anymore than whites should be in control of the israeli government.

It's not a matter of zionism or not. Jews are a strongly ethnocentric race that take advantage of white humanitarianism.

The solution isn't the destruction of jews, it's to shift the white race to strong ethnocentrism as well. Whites in control of their businesses, their media, their banks, and their government. The small competitive disadvantage from locking out other races is offset by the strength and security gained to the white race as a whole through this action.

We can try and figure out how to integrate other races into our society without compromising on our society's ideals at a later point in time. What's important right now, is to get the jews and muslims and all these other african and asian immigrants out.

>Why do Western countries never learn from their mistakes?

What mistakes? They would bankrupt if they didn't do it.

>Why are we angry at Islam for our own stupid fucking mistakes?
You, as a person, are in your current state right now because of the "mistakes" you talk about.

I do not justify in any way the actions of the West, I actually want to see it all burn, but this is how it all works. Their death, your(civilian) life. Even if you do not realise you are part of the problem, you are the one making the mistakes-> supporting politicians and your own state that are doing this. (you as in: a civilian, not you personally). In my state right now i'm an anarchist because my state is anti-greek and anti-nation.

- he criticizes the Arabs for supporting Palestine's 1967 borders, since Palestine was occupied long before that; he says that implicitly supports Israel's expansion in the two decades before that; he jokes that if Israel takes more land in 2008, maybe a few years later the Arabs will argue for "pre-2008" borders

- he says that Arabs have never occupied a country except for Andalusia, but that was unjustified and the Arabs were rightfully removed; however, since then, Arab countries have been occupied

- he says Arabs need to be on more friendly terms with Iran and Turkey; they should be friends not enemies

- says Arabs should use the International Court of Justice to resolve territorial conflicts instead of war, and should accept whatever international courts rule

- talks about the Iraq War and Osama bin Laden; says Saddam was once an ally and a friend of America and then he was hanged; said that although him and other Arabs disagreed with Saddam's policies, he asks why they all stood on the sidelines while Iraq was occupied and Saddam was executed; says many Arab countries are friends with America today, implying that they could be next

- continues on the same vein by saying Libya has better relations with Italy than its own Arabic-speaking neighbours

- supports an pan-Arab nuclear program

Yes, and this was the man who convinced Sarkozy to intervene in Libya.
>>
>>56475974
>>56476122
And here's his reason:

>Asked why he had adopted this cause, Lévy answers:

>“Why? I don’t know!” he said. “Of course, it was human rights, for a massacre to be prevented, and blah blah blah—but I also wanted them to see a Jew defending the liberators against a dictatorship, to show fraternity. I wanted the Muslims to see that a Frenchman—a Westerner and a Jew—could be on their side.”
>>
>>56473713
He didn't just do that. He also pulled a lot of shit on quite a number of countries that you were surprised he was getting away with it.

If the west chose the wrong side I don't know. Ghadaffi was very anti west and very pro Africa. Having him sit there and actually make an organized country would make the west lose by default.
