More of a cultural dislike for that entire region than anything else.

Different countries will always have different tax laws so it's no wonder that companies favor friendlier environments. In the end, it should serve as incentive for our country to be more pro-business and leave the ridiculous communist mentality behind.

As someone studying economics I can tell you your argument is flawed because that mentality degenerates into a race to the bottom that will inevitably hurt a lot both countries, but especially the first one to back down from that situation (which is us since we can't compete with it in that regard).
