Why is /pol/ backing Trump/Carson over this guy?
>>
>>56452817
Carson a shit
Trump is a winning
>>
he'd never win in a general election.
>>
cruz is top VP material, not POTUS.
>>
He's an idiot who's obsessed with social conservatism and shilling for the Tea Party and idiotic right wing social policies.
>>
The prevailing opinion is that he should be Trump's VP or have another position of authority. Sleepy Black Man has completely fallen out of favor, though.
>>
>>56452975
He's not an idiot

He's a Harvard educated constitutional lawyer
>>
>>56452943
this. Cruz will eventually be the mastermind behind a reinvigorated Republican party. But he must pay homage to the God Emperor first.
>>
Redpill me on why Cruz should be on the Supreme Court.
>>
>>56452817
Trump/Cruz 2016
>>
>>56452817
I think most anons here prefer trump/cruz

Carson showed what a huge moron he is recently, he's just trying to sell books at this point.
>>
>>56452975
>He's an idiot who's obsessed with social conservatism

Back to your Sanders convention.
>>
Cruz is a snake. He's owned by Wallstreet. His wife works at Goldman sachs

>>

Ivy league is well known for passing students if you throw enough money at them. The Harvard Debate team recently lost to a debate team formed by inmates.

Soooo

The Job of a VP is to be the will of the president. The problem with Cruz is that nobody respects him in the senate, even members of his own party thinks he's a nut job. That's why Obama picked Diamond Joe Biden, republicans disagreed with the guy but respected him and his seniority. Ted Cruz is on his, what, first term still?
>>
>>56452817
Because Trump is pro-white overall and owns himself whereas Cruz is dependent on the religious fringe right and big money.
>>
>>56452817
I just wonder how the fuck Rubio is polling better than Cruz.
>>
canadian spic
>>
Trump/Cruz is the dream team.
>>
>>56452817

Carson is out on /pol/. Cruz could be a good VP but I'd prefer him as SCOTUS or Attorney General. Allen West should be VP.
>>
>>56453207
He is an Israel firster, fuck that traitor
>>
>>56452817
Trump/Cruz is the winning ticket
>>
Cuban Commies from Canada can't be the POTUS

Next question.
>>
He's the most unlikable bastard in the Debate's, merely an inch ahead of that other completely unlikable shit who immediately plummeted out of the race.

I'm not a right winger, but hell you can clearly identify that he's at best a lost cause.
>>
>>56452817
Trump has the steam, and there are a significant amount of people who wouldn't turn out to vote if Trump isn't the nominee because they hate politicians.
>>
>>56453247

Did you actually watch the debate? It was affirmative action garbage. I can't even find it right now but here is another example.

>>
Because Trump makes some really dank memes despite the fact that Cruz's policy decisions are consistent with his and more elaborate
>>
>>56452817
/pol/ is backing Trump / Cruz.

We should start to warm up to Cruz / Trump, but admittedly such a thing is a few months premature.
>>
>>56453398
Mr. Gang of Four Rubio is the GOP backup in case Jeb falls behind so they're pushing a shitton of money behind his campaign.
>>
>>56454349
>not a judicial activist

this doesn't mean what you think it does
>>
>>56454536

Good post, fag. Maybe you want to explain what I think it is and then what it actually is?
>>
I hate the way he talks. Nobody talks like that it's so fake. I never hear anything he says because I'm distracted by the gay way he speaks.
>>
>>56454861

calm down nancy and i'll be happy to

things you disagree with aren't automagically judicial activism
>>
>>56453352
It's not that they don't respect Ted Cruz, it's that they despise him. He works with the liberty caucus in the House to present legislation the GOP Senate doesn't want brought before them, because they'd much prefer their empty show votes. They don't like him because he's too effective ruining their shit.

Also during the last debate he said something like "Our tax code has more words in it than the bible, and let me tell it's nowhere near as good as the bible" then flashed this smug ass little smirk afterwards. He's an utter faggot.

Supporting Trump is a /pol/ meme, just as Randlet is a /pol/ meme. /pol/ likes being deceptive because:

A) It's funny.
B) It pisses people off.
C) That makes it even more funny.
D) Makes the boards true affiliation a muddled mess, just the way we like it.

I'd say a good percentage of people on this board legitimately support Paul or Sanders, Paul more obviously.
>>
>>56458839
>or Sanders
Nice try, schlomo
>>
>>56458990
I said a good percentage of the board, not me.
>>
>>56459101
I haven't seen any support for Sanders on this board. I've been looking because I want to see why people like him, but I haven't found even one that wasn't immediately shitposted to death
>>
>>56459331
>I haven't seen any support for Sanders on this board.

It helps to have your eyes open and not be a complete retard.
>>
>>56459513
The only thread I could find right now has the op post get refuted, and no discussion whatsoever after that. Every thread about leftist ideology has been like this, op abandons ship immediately and it becomes an echo chamber for the right. Countless threads end up like this, and I've been searching endlessly for a single anon who will defend sanders for more than two minutes, and I can't find a single one. At least, not here
>>56458381
>>
>>56452817
He insulted Christians in order to suck up to Israel. He's the most kike friendly candidate from either party, which is amazing considering Sanders is a Jew.
>>
>>56460139
It's like you didn't even read >>56458839.

You're not EVER going to get an accurate representation of people's political ideologies or who they support in the election here.
>>
>>56459331
Hello.

Only Candidate who's been consistent on his policies for years, and who's main aim is to remove money from politics.
Honestly the rest of the issues are secondary to the issue of people being able to buy politicians, because with this in place, whatever would be profitable would win out. For any Paul Supporter, this would mean that all those with weapon interests would win out, due to bribing the politicians etc, and people due abroad bla bla bla.

I'd support Trump, over Hillary, but Sanders would legitimately be a better Candidate.
Then again I'm a brit. So woo lad.
>>
>>56460545
Fair enough
>>56460718
And thank you, this is exactly what I've been looking for. Removing money from politics is certainly a good thing, gives the poor a much greater chance of being heard over the rich, I think almost every other aspect of his campaign is poorly thought out

I just wish there was a GOP candidate who wanted money out of politics, that would be a great point used to sway Bernie voters if hillary gets the nomination
>>
Cruz should be on the Supreme Court.

Trump/Savage should be the ticket in the general.
>>
>>56461283
Having Cruz on the ticket would lend him credibility on the next run for POTUS.
That and he's very close ideologically to Trump
>>
>>56454086
Right wingers want the most obnoxious right winger they can find to represent them though. They're a bit stupid, so they're taking the bait (Trump) rather than going with Cruz who is the real thing.

Walker was a real bastard, Cruz is even worse because he's not simply motivated by money. Money is of course part of it, but he legitimately believes in his bullshit ideas. Trump is pretty moderate compared to those guys, but muh wall meme, muh politically incorrect speech, that's my guy!

I'm not complaining, the memes that endear him to their base are going to be the same ones that get him crushed in the general election.
>>
>>56461416
I'm right wing, and I can't wait for Trump to get stumped so we have a real candidate, but what do you dislike about Cruz? He's my current pick because of his tax plan mostly, but he's also been the most consistent with his votes in the Senate. Which of his points are bullshit?
>>
>>56460718
If he really wanted to remove money from politics he would be cukked out of the election like Lessig. They changed the rules to exclude him from the debate after he had qualified.
>>
>>56452817
hes not enough of a meme
>>
hes canadian
>>
>>56460139

He's talking nonsense. "/pol/s real candidate is the one that gets blown the fuck out at every turn! It only seems like he is total garbage because that's what we want you to think teehee! It's all part of the plan." Absolute bullshit.

The same reason you like him is the reason I could never support him.
>>
>>56453247
His professor said he was the most brilliant students he's ever had.
>>
>>56453247
You think Cruz's family had money to throw around? He won every case he argued before the Supreme Court. You don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
>>
>>56452867
Unlike Trump, he's beating Clinton and Sanders in head-to-head polls.
>>
>>56453398
desu senpai Rubio is quite obviously the establishments only real backup plan. They're desperately trying to build up Christie now because nothing is working and they've probably realized that the American public isn't actually buying Rubio's rise as anything other than something that is being pushed by them.

I'm becoming more ok with Cruz the more he crushes at the debates, but realistically Paul or Trump is still going to get my vote for the nomination.

I have no idea what has given Carson momentum at any point, maybe I've missed some great policies or something released by him, but I legitimately don't have any idea why he's up there at all.
>>
>>56462181
That right there is a good graph. I just heard "flat tax" and all the talk about removing loopholes in the tax code, and agreed
>>
>>56463753
http://mediamatters.org/video/2015/11/05/even-fox-news-cant-ignore-that-gop-tax-plans-wo/206655

To be fair nobody has a good tax plan. It's a clusterfuck. Even as I find myself becoming more socially conservative I can't support these guys because of their suicidal obsession with "big government" and taxes. The economy and the way everything is budgeted is a mess already as it is, we don't need any of this.
>>
>>56458839
>W- we're all actually leftists pretending to be crazy nutjob rethuglicans because reality HAS to have a liberal bias like I've been told

/pol/ regulars are evenly split between libertarians (variously supporting Paul, Trump, Cruz) and NatSocs (will vote for Hillary or Sanders in the end because muh Israel and to hurry along the destruction of the nation and democracy; some will go Trump (and others of the above are flirting with it now) because he's white and popular and they think he's racist) with a minority of reactionaries/paleos/cultural conservatives (DEUS VULT, BUILD WALL) and a smattering of socialist/communists (/leftypol/ conducting their round the clock raid); the later two groups are only growing, as it does every election cycle.

People who are not you actually hold different opinions; they aren't really just pulling your leg from an equally messy suburban bedroom or college dorm, you dumb honky. You've exchanged posts with ISIS propagandists and don't even know it.
