However, there was absolutely nothing in this case establishing a precedent that nullified the right of each state to control its own borders as long as they were not violating these policies. So, your supreme court case only establishes precedent allowing the Obama-nation to bring in however many mudslimes they want, it doesn't give the President the power to force other states to take said refugees in. As long as states are not opposing the general immigration policy, which in this case they are not as no state has tried to deny these refugees entry into the country, they are in compliance with this ruling. No state government is saying Obama cant take in his precious little muzzies, they are only stating that they will not allow these people to be resettled within their borders. And guess what, that is something that is completely within their 10th amendment rights.
