He said that third world countries are fucking over our manufacturing sector in large part due to the way we are forced to comply with expensive EPA regulations under the threat of muh global warming while China/India/Mexico are free to pollute as much as they want and can produce goods much more cheaply as a result.
Trump will drop massive import tariffs on any nation that refuses to comply with EPA regulations.
