>2012
>College students love Ron Paul
>hardcore libertarian voluntarist, doesn't want Government involved in ANYTHING
>2016
>College students love Bernie Sanders
>Diametrically opposed to Paul
>outright socialist, muh 1% demagogue,
>all college should be free and debts excuses and payed for by other people
Do they basically vote for whoever promises to legalize weed? College students the lowest, pampered spineless worms in existence.
Why do you think republicans don't waste their time with them.

Essentially. That's how it was on my campus in 2012. In fact, the head of our Youth of Ron Paul chapter was a fucking mud, and the only reason he supported Ron Paul is because his non-interventionist foreign policy - which was in the mud's favor. He literally had no other reason to support Paul and liked Obama. Let's nuke the colleges.

I think there' not only one answer to "making America great again." Both candidates promised to get corporations out of the government, which is one of the biggest issues we're facing today. Yes college students are pampered spineless worms, but the two candidates you listed have more in common than you might think.
There's huge Trump support on my campus.

I'm in college and support Trump. Unfortunately it's true. My peers will vote for Kek Sanders because of his pandering to the middle class
>muh tuition
But college students would not be college students from Ron Paul's time to Sander's

College students also supported Ron Paul in 2008, that's the origin of /pol/
In any case college students support anyone who seems like a fighter for freedom against the establishment badguys
Trump gets less support on those campuses because he's rich and has ties with many establishment people while he shits all over them

They won't support a candidate unless they can at least be somewhat of snarky liberal elitists about it, so I suppose Ron Paul fits that bill, endowing them with special snowflake status.
the ron paul support was never big enough to compete with the amount of college liberals
They're both anti establishment, are you really this dense? Did you not see Bernie fucking tearing into Hillary basically just for doing what all Democrats do?
