From what I gathered, there's been an abandoned BMW on the motorway, and a fire in a shed next to the motorway (not far from motorway). Motorway has since been closed off; then a police arrest team (from the video i see 8 or 9 cars, guys in balaklavas, etc.) was called in and they checked the shed with one of them robot vehicles to investigate for explosives.
Two guys arrested; who apparently were in the shed; one of them had to strip naked cos (i suspect) they thought he was also explosive (kek).
