ISIS and other extreme muslims do what they do because they just want to get rid of non-believers, simple as that. There is no special secret mission other than to spread Islam throughout the entire world.
The only way to stop this from happening is by getting rid of all muslims from western countries. Bringing in more of them or making them feel more at home does not counteract ISIS intentions, it actually strengthens them.
Islam is western civilizations biggest threat, it is a cancer that needs to be removed before it spreads too deeply within our society.

To be fair, the western society is oppressing it's younger generations regardless of their ethnicity. Flawed pension schemes are setting us up for failure once the pension schemes fall apart and there's a critical mass of the younger generations to force radical changes.
