I'm saying two rational thinking people who can comprehend sex and can consent. Be it 18 year old - 15 year old 19 year old and 14 year old, or 20 year old and 13 year old. Obviously no one wants a 30 year old fucking a 12 year old, but an 18 year old and a 12 year old? What's wrong with that if they're both rational thinking people?

The problem is that from early teens to mid twenties, the brain spends so much time soaked in random hormones that you cannot consistently be classified as a rational thinker. But, 25 seems a bit old for age of consent, so most places bump it down a bit. (Also, prepubescent individuals don't have a fully developed brain, nor enough experience to compensate). In the end, it's completely arbitrary. But so long as it does more good than harm to a society, most people are willing to accept it.

For real though, if you get it in writing with a notary as witness I say you should be able to do anything with anyone as long as no other parties are materially effected. Therin lies the age of consent problem. If you know up some 14 year old now it's her parents problem or the states problem which makes it my problem and this is no Bueno.
