the thing about these whores is, sure plastic surgery is fine, but they cant re-engineer their genes, so their kids will inherit the disgusting nose and acne probably. For the rest of their lives, they will be reminded of what they worked so hard to hide everytime they look at their children, on top of that, everyone else will know.
I've always been strongly opposed to non-essential cosmetic surgery.
Its just a way to make money instead of doing what medicine is supposed to do which is help people.
