Those problems have been and are being addressed.
The housing bubble largely happened as a corrective measure of over loaning to poor black families except a large portion of the poor black people never paid back their debts, so it sent US into a deep recession.
Over policing black people is all black people talk about, its the entire premise of all the riots and social unrest among urban youths.
Drug laws are changing and the current administration is going to extra efforts to sprinkle black people among all white people instead of having white suburbs and black ghettos.
