No, he doesnt understand how 4chan works and how the boards work.
He thinks people browse most of the boards, and probably doesnt get the concept of "home"boards.
People that all frequent the same one or two boards usually share similar mindsets, and sometimes when you're on /sp/ you want to talk about other things with people you like. If you're at a sports bar, you dont want to talk about sports every second. sometimes you want to talk about other things, but while at that friendly sports bar you love where all your friends go.
The same goes for many boards like /jp/, /v/,, /pol/, /k/, /a/... thats why they have a lot of off topic threads.
In a while, some mod will explain that to him, he'll say "okay, understand, sense make!" and then people will keep posting the screenshot in the ÓP to shitpost about how musashi hirohito hates trump.
