The problem would be ammo Bong... You can't buy it there without a licence. So unless you could source that or the printed weapons could handle a blackpowder/musketball type charge it is pretty unlikely that you will be able to do anything viable even once you have made the weapon.

That's not how casting works.
Steel melts at a much higher temperature than aluminum (white hot, not orange hot), and alloying is complicated.
