Explain how the PM at the level of the federal government had anything to do with the development of oil and gas in Alberta and Saskatchewan, which is clearly a provincial issue.
No federal government investment. No loans. No tax cuts. Even killed future investment by national companies after allowing a deal to go forward because it was in good faith and Canada would have been at fault before the WTO.
The only thing the Federal government did was to talk to the US about making a pipeline and telling BC that they can't stop transport by trains.
