1)look at a video of the impact. See that fireball? That's the jet fuel.
2)See those people waiting for rescue at the point of impact? That proves the temperatures were very low, certainly not high enough to melt or even weaken massive steel beams and columns..
3)see the near-free fall velocity? That indicates vertical support was removed intentionally the entire height of the building. Also note that the massive steel core could not possibly have even been scratched by those planes. How did it just collapse?
4) notice how the building fell into their own footprints? If they hadn't half of lower Manhattan would have been wiped out. If they had actually collapsed as a result of structural damage, the top of the buildings would have cantilevered off to the side, towards the point of impact.
It was a well thought out controlled demolition that used the impact of planes as plausible way of blaming it on "terrorists" and causing the buildings to collapse. It was a "made for TV" production of "shock and awe".
