The "old fashioned" way about him is one of the reasons I like him, and it's the same reason even modern liberals who were alive during the 80s cream their pants whenever someone mentions Ronald Reagan.
Trump is definitely one of the old guard, a businessman from another time, but that quality is charming. He has a lot of forcefulness, coupled with a bit of naivete and loads of hope. That is exactly the personality of the candidate I want to vote for.
He may be a relic, but relics are more valuable than ever today, considering the average modern worldview is a sarcastic, nihilistic view of society and human beings in general, where humans are reduced to widgets and numbers that are manipulated. We live in a cold, sterile society that is constantly getting colder, and Donald Trump is a bit of flame in the dark.

There's a growing backlash in the US to the whole SJW movement. It has gone too far and people are waking up to how ridiculous it is. Yes, Trump says offensive things without apologizing and it's a refreshing thing to hear a politician do. We're too used to them dancing around reality because they're afraid of saying something and being accused of sexist/racist/whatever. Trump just says it and won't take it back and that's actually kind of awesome.
Do I think he'd be a truly great president? No, probably not. He'd probably be a good negotiator and, being his own backer, wouldn't be in anyone's pocket though. If I had to chose between him and the criminal Hillary Clinton I'm voting for Trump.
The only candidate I actually like is Rand Paul desu. Beyond that it's just who is the least bad.
