Many of these riots are the result of the peaceful protests getting nowhere. Like I said, when the marches and shit are happening the media is nowhere, so they take it to the next level. And aint nobody mad about a damn CVS and a payday loan place being burned down. Funny enough, the threat of riots actually seems to be enough now that people are paying a little more attention when blacks complain about something. You are starting to see more dirty cops be alienated after certain shootings. These cities don't want any part of what comes with a riot, mainly federal investigations and everybody's dirt being aired out.

The American Dream is that your children will have more opportunity than you. A guy from Bangladesh comes here, drives a cab 80 hours a week so that his children can grow up in America. His children open a restaurant, work seven days a week, 10 hours a day from open until close so that their children can go to community college and become plumbers, cleaning up shit every day. Their children are raised in a house their parents own in a safe neighborhood with good values, sending their children to university and they become dentists. Their children grow up in a nicer neighborhood still, go to the best schools in the country, and become executives or real estate developers. From overworked cab driver to millionaire in five generations. That's the American Dream.
Blacks can't into intergenerational wealth, but they want the benefits of it. They abandon their children to hustle the streets, spending their money on jewelry and sneakers, while the next generation is raised in the same conditions as the previous. Then they wonder why the Koreans who opened the grocery store on the corner are kicking their ass.
Whites, Asians, and most Hispanics understand this, and each generation does better than the last. I didn't work for what I started off with, but my grandfather woke up before dawn to tend to the farm before he joined the Army. He sent his son to West Point, and he later became a lawyer. So I was raised in privilege. I didn't earn it, but my family did. They sacrificed to give it to me. I feel bad for people whose ancestors let them down, but attacking intergenerational wealth is attacking what our society is based on.
