Medical analyst here. If you're legit and serious, OP, look to Canada or the United states. If you want to come to the states, research what areas have a strong and stable ethnic community for egyptians. East and west coast are your best bets as they have higher population.

Only a few years ago, it was common for europeans to travel to Egypt on vacation. Same with Syria. The changes in your country for the worse have been very recent.
