Everyone who was old enough to know anything on 9/11 was taking pictures or viewing pictures of what happened. The idea that some people taking pictures of the wtc on 9/11 as being suspicious in any way is one of the most idiotic conspiracies I've ever heard of.
How do you even picture them celebrating? Did they have a birthday cake? Were they high fiving each other? Was the guy taking pictures sitting on a chair being held up by all of his friends? How was it obvious from the pictures, they were posing in front of the towers smiling and jerking off?
Even if they were overtly celebrating it's not that strange if they were foreign. How do you think the British felt when Pearl Harbor happened?
