Kurds have been culturally oppressed in the past, but today is entirely different scenario, even 20 years ago is so far away from today that it's hard for people of old age to grasp. People who linger in the past,(who are about in their 40's now) are ruining the possible prosperity of our citizens. Young should see this and act according to their own interests while keeping in mind that they share these lands with every other citizen as well.
I don't know what most of the Kurds would live with but what we're having now, trouble wise, is nothing for the government and is even good for our army. Only individuals suffer and the structures you want to demolish most profit from your acts.
I'm not expecting Kurds or Turks to understand this since the ones who "saved" themselves are living in too much comfort to care and ones who are too deep in this can't see that much of it. They'll marry, reproduce and hope for something bad not to happen just like always.

No. Just no. Giving people the chance to learn their mother tongue in a private school that no one can afford is not a solution. What we wan't is education in our mother tongue. I talk about the kurdish regions where they make up to 95% (the other 5% are families of solidiers,police or other government officials from ankara). But forcing children to live their live in another language than they grew up with is nothing else than assimilation and it will eradicate the whole lanuage in x years.
