Free migration would actually destroy wealth, since wealth is an illusion. Money is printed out of thin air and is only valuable because people think it is. But when the world is running wild with no borders or laws, then people will not care about little slips of paper.

Well, there would definitely be a boom in gun sales and the construction of fortified compounds and bunkers. It also eliminates lower class whites through murder and crime, protecting the position of the established upper classes. Basically this is the end of human society. Nobody would speak the same language and the only forms of social interaction would be crimes such as robbery, rape, and murder.
In that case why not just have a war? It causes less long-term destruction than open migration. Even a pretty intensive nuclear exchange would be less damaging to society. Just arrange that no heavy fallout nukes will be used that will snuff out everybody. I bet you'd see even more sustained economic activity. Once it becomes impossible to run a business then all economic activity will cease.

Here's a hint: if you already derive your entire income from owning capital, then you would probably benefit greatly from this. If you earn an income, you'd be fucked.
