I thought this one was an interesting film. It goes about topics in an interesting way. It doesn't seem to be either pro- or anti-christian so fedorafags don't tip those funny little hats yet. The overarching existential themes presented through a religious lens is a refreshing change of pace from your typical Woody Allen shit.

Calvary is excellent. It's no "Andrei Rublev" but still, one of the best Christian films I've seen in years.

Here's an interesting scene. The character is not at all sympathetic but it's interesting to see him in situations like this.

I liked Gran Torino a lot, but I dunno if it's really /pol/. Fun to watch though.

I really disliked this film, specifically because it NEVER ARRIVED AT A CONCLUSION. That's total bullshit. It was boring as hell throughout, dragging me through a ton of vignettes which were supposed to be emotional or insightful but were really just dull, and then at the end when it should have all come together, instead it just petered out. I ended up feeling like they'd all gotten exactly what they deserved, just for having been the tools used to waste my time. That's of course horrible but it's how I felt nonetheless, and damned if I'm gonna go back and give it a second chance.
