This, Shia Islam is better than Sunni Islam - more interesting, better style and religious traditions, events like Ashura, so much better stories (Battle of Karbala - that's a glorious martyrdom story, would make a great film if done well) if I ever had to convert, I'd convert to Shia Islam (though probably not the best choice since Sunni Islam is vastly greater in number of followers and their shithead extremists love to kill Shiites Muslims and want to wipe out Shia Islam)

This is probably true. I imagine Shi'a bloodlust is tempered by being a persecuted minority themselves within their religion. Also could be influenced by the fact of Iran being the only powerful Shi'a nation; relatively prosperous Persians have more to lose than impoverished, uneducated Arabs thus are a lot less willing these days to die for Allah.
