Me and most of the people I know pack a pistol; Arizona is a concealed carry state. Imagine if four terrorists tried to storm into a place and me and my friends, and God knows how many other people there are packing heat. Sure the terrorists would still kill a lot of people, maybe even me and my friends. But if a firefight is going on that means time where the unarmed people can escape, and as you say, they can't take hostages. At the very least it could slow them down. None of that is possible without legal guns.

You wanna hear the really funny thing about Arizona? There are standards private businesses like malls CAN follow in order to make it illegal to carry a gun on the premises. But almost NO ONE follows these standards. They INTENTIONALLY put up non-legally binding "no guns" signs to make the blue pills think they're in a safe zone, but I can carry my gun there legally, and I always do. If the mall cops found out I had a gun, they could and would ask me to leave but they could NOT have me arrested because their signs aren't following the standards to make them legally binding. I also can't imagine it's the easiest thing to shoot a gun while holding onto a dead man switch, so the switch may not even be in their hand or it might not be a dead man switch, in which case they have to find the switch after they've been shot which could be difficult depending on where they were hit.
