Trust me, I've used them too but I got fucked. It's all my fault, but I used MDA one night, then a few nights later, after a night of no sleep on lsd and a bad trip, bought pure mdma from trusted friend the next day. Didn't sleep the next two nights either despite no drug consumption.

Reading is difficult because my comprehension and memory is shit now.
Coordination is super off, playing sports with others (something I never liked desu) is definitely a no go unless I want extreme humiliation. I don't even instinctually drive as fast like wtf.

In general I want to agree with that. Can't say I had any negative effects with MDMA before this. I'd used it probably a few times a year over the past 5 years. Never did much, always had lots of water etc.
I'm about 97kg (or was at the time, lost weight since then).
I did 500mg (according a friend, honestly I blacked out and don't remember how much I did, but I did have a whole gram).
That was on top of drinking for a couple hours prior. Also had bad lsd trip the night before. And 3 nights before took 100mg of MDA, also consumed alcohol.
Also didn't sleep the night before and was sleep deprived.
So, desu I don't think it was just the MDMA, but it played a role. It really fucked me over.
My symptoms are quite severe, and aside from depression and anxiety, nothing has alleviated at all in the past 2 months. No bodily functions or movements have gotten better.
It's awful, I could post links to lots of studies here, but the fact is MDMA is dangerous. Even in casual users when they do studies there is always memory problems compared to non MDMA users. The high just isn't worth it. Take acid or do coke. Honestly although I never did it before aside from adderall I now believe methamphetamine is much, much safer than MDMA.
I previously believed it was safe. All it took was me getting drunk to lead to me taking a larger amount than I ever had before. Also I was redosing, which will also increase neurotoxic effects. Instead of doing that much at once (which I would never do because I know thats far too much). I broke off a small chunk of the rock, and then apparently did that throughout the night.
Benzos are habit forming and will fuck you up but imo abuse of MDMA is far worse. It's like I literally have no soul.

I barely remembered taking the MDA. I had some friends in town for a show and one of my friends begged me to take some with him. He wanted me to drop L but I Had work so I was like well I guess I'll do some MDA (desu I don't even know if that's what it was, it was what is commonly referred to as Sass or sassafras so I assume it to be MDA).
Then on Friday I tripped, had an awful time. And on Saturday a friend offered to sell me the gram of mdma, something I would never go looking for on my own, and something that I don't really hardly ever do. And because I was still wacked out form the L I decided to buy it.
I try not to beat myself up about it but it was by far the worst decision of my life.
It's been 2 months and I don't feel much better. Worse is I'm reading on other forums people who have similar symptoms as me for many months or multiple years...

If you're looking to 'fix' yourself (i highlight fix because you are the one saying things were different before) I would suggest trying K. No doctor will ever tell you to do this cause 'muh narcotics' but it cannot make things any worse, assuming you don't do a stupid large dose or get addicted. I'd also recommend mushrooms instead of pills in the way of trips, as you may have some subconscious hangups on LSD currently. It should go without saying but before either, make sure set and setting are to your liking, taht is you're somewhere you are completely comfortable and with people you trust. The shrooms, while theres no neurochemical backing to what I'm saying, do leave a really nice after-glow for a day or so that may help get your head back straight.

This shit is literally life-debilitating. I hate to sound like a melodramatic pussy but I would've rather lost a limb than this. Anhedonia, bathroom is different, no sex drive, no motivation, music sounds worse, food sucks, it feels like my brain is not interpreting messages sent by other parts of my body (appetite, digestion). Headaches...memory issues, it's just a fucked up situation.
