I just read whole chapter 5 (or whatever it's called in the sandniggerspeak). And 5:32 is _definitely_ as out out context as quote can ever be.
This chapter is, from what I understood, about Jews and Christians being "retarted version of Muslims" - they came from the same God, but went astray in the past. Specifically, just before 32 is the story of Kain & Abel (with one of them killing another), and that "Allah said murder is bad, and we told Jews that, but they still commited atrocities".
In that light, the next verse says "so if we told them they do bad things, and they still do them, we can behead them in the name of Allah".
By the way, this whole chapter was something like this:

A good religious person would still be a good person without their religion.
A good religious person can be convinced that the vilest shit is wholesome, with their religion. They can be convinced that ignorance is piety and dissent is sabotage by wretched, incestuous snakes who fly the same ideological banner as them. That's why religion, and ideologies in general, are dangerous. There's more to the desperate need for education in this country than voting. You cannot do anything of merit in this world without fucking THINKING about it.
