The women hanging from the window is claiming that she is pregnant and thus doesn't want to jump. The man filming is a journalist who eventually goes down to help the wounded, and is shot by the terrorist from that same window the pregnant woman was hanging from. It is therefore unlikely that the pregnant girl survived after someone pulled her back up.

You know something I have heard echoed on social media, saying that this was bound to happen due to their intervention in Syria or that people in Syria deal with this every day on a larger scale.
