The West either accepts losing hundreds in Terrorist Attacks whenever ISIS feels like it, or the European Governments crack down on the Islamic population in Europe which will cause greater unrest, maybe even Civil War in a few countries.
Basically by allowing this demographic change to occur in Europe the Europoors have essentially put themselves in between a rock and a hard place. Theirs no peaceful solution to the Muslim problem.
