I would choose Buddhism because its teachings seem to match me better than others. However I should choose Christianity because that is the prominent religion where i live and Christians treat fellow Christians better than others.
I would also accept ancient Greek or Norse because they have cool stories! lol

Buddhism (Non-religious) seems alot more logically based, on changing what you can and understanding what your limitations are to maximize human fulfillment.
The other main faith based religions are about rules and judgement. And leaving things in the hands of God.

I switched to a mixture of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism and am very happy I did. Asian countries have found a good balance between religion and society. Religion is seen and experienced as something personal and less like a lifestyle like Abrahamism does. Also less special snowflake bullshit and more focus on self control instead of just angrily pointing your finger at everything that doesn't bode well with you're way of being with.

Yeah exactly that's what I like about it too. In my mind Abrahamism is focused on larger groups of people. And it uses these group to legitimize the self. In Taoism and Buddhism it is much more the other way around. You focus on the self to legitimize a larger group of likeminded people. I am happy I discovered it and had the privilige to visit Buddhist shrines in Japan and Korea.
