Saddam was likely to have faced protests and insurrectionists. Which would have lead Obama and Hillary to start an air campaign to help out the "moderate rebels". Leading to Saddam falling or losing control of most of his country.

Iraq under Saddam was the country that kept the Shias (Iran) and Sunnis (Saudi Arabia) in check.
Once he was removed, the country became a free-for-all for both sides, with Wahhabi entities like al-Qaeda and ISIS eventually filling the void and establishing centers for their campaigns, with the help of Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
Invading Iraq was the worst foreign policy mistake in modern history, and we will continue feeling its consequences for decades to come.
