The point was that people whine about Christian conquests, while Islam has been far worse in that area. The crusades were focused around taking back territory that had been occupied by Europeans for centuries, while Islam not only conquered most of the middle east through warefare, but also most of northern Africa and large parts of Europe. Islam was the aggressor far more often than Christianity. In fact, the majority of Christian wars against Islam were either defensive or focused on reclaiming previously Christian lands.
