So this is essentially the next 9/11 right?
Not even close. Nothing will come of this, just like nothing came out of the Sydney hostage crisis.
>>55623584
It's the biggest terrorist attack in French history.
I wonder who will be next if we have to believe ISIS threats, Russia?
>>55623584
If ISIS does claim credit, it does seem to indicate that they are seriously stepping up their game in a way Al-Qaeda couldn't do. At least 3 attacks in the last week, with well over 500 dead, in 3 separate countries.
basically
>>55623584
yeah, and it's still only 1/10th of the casualties that 9/11 was. it's crazy looking back just how big 9/11 was, top 5 biggest events of modern history
>>55623856
Russia already got theirs when their metrojet blew up
>>55623584
Yes. But the focus will be Europe. Note that France has closed its borders, all the other countries will have to files suit. From there, Europe descends into sectarian civil war.
>>55623752
Literally two people died, it was nothing in the grand scheme of things.
>>55624702
yeah its honestly weird how little people cared about that. The jets casualities are still larger than tonights so far.
Terrorists running around an entire city shooting people and taking hostages sends such a stronger message than just triggering 1 explosive.
>>55623584
On a casualty scale? Hell no, it's like 5% of 9/11 deaths. Insofar as mass terrorism is concerned? It is the worst terrorist attack in the West since the 2004 Madrid train bombings.
>>55624215
These where real people though.
not really
5 French deaths = 1 US death
the generally accepted ratios of worthiness of deaths is:
1 white US death : 3 British : 5 French : 10 German : 25 Spanish : 75 eastern Europe : 200 Balkan : 500 Russian : 2500 east asian : 10000 south asian : 10000 central American : 20000 African American : 25000 caribbean : 250000 middle eastern : 500000 African : 1000000
>>55623584
No op that pic is of the first 911 infact that was the only 911.

>9/11
>Major attack on the fucking center of the world economy.
>Brings about major, harsh changes in national security worldwide in what is now known as the "post-9/11" world.
>11/13
>Shitskins bomb a major city in France
>People die?
Not even close
ISIS will never do what they did. 9/11 was a true shock and awe attack. It paralysed the nation, and shut down the the entire air traffic system world-wide.
All these guys ever do is shoot up some area, or detonate some small bomb, and all it ever does is piss people off, but it doesn't "scare" them or anything.
9/11 truly scared people. You see the explosion from miles away, you could hear roaring fire, feel the heat, smell the smoke, from the other side of the city.
These ISIS shits will never be that good
>>55630495
It was so well done, that it almost makes me believe Muslims can't do it desu
>>55623584
It's the single biggest terrorist attack on a Western country since 9/11.
Hell the 7/7 bombings in London only killed 50 people.
>>55630740
somehow shootings give off less of an effect than bombings desu
Especially when there is those 3 or 4 days when no one knows who was behind it, and it really freaks people out
I mean the Boston Bombing thing was talked about for atleast a month, this would become stale news by next week
Why does France even have Muslims?
>>55631091
The Boston Bombings were talked about for that long because it happened in the US.
We actually care when foreigners start killing our people.
>>55623584
not even close m8
9/11 was War, what has happened in Paris was much more personal
>>55623584
I would say Libya. After the west left this state is fucked up for ever, it is even worst than 9/11
