Gets points for not completely fucking things up. Although this is mostly because republicans took the house in 2010 and effectively killed his domestic policy agenda. Loses points for racial shit and stoking the fire every chance he gets.

Pretty much has fucked up everything he has put his hands on. Gets 2 points for not going full retard and stopping all counter-terrorism operations (drone strikes, etc). But Loses points because he dismantled any human intelligence gathering that we did (EITs, Guantanamo, etc)
