Most people don't outright deny but they do want to revise the narrative.
Jews were rounded up and put into camps, however the entirely made up propaganda number of 6million jews being killed never happened.
It is somewhere between 500k-600k Jews dying in those camp, but that was mostly from typhus and some starved after the Allies bombed German supply lines.
There was no systemic extermination of the Jewish people though.

Lots of people died in German labor camps -- not nearly 6 million, but conditions were very ravaged by the war. However, those deaths were not by gassing but from typhus and allies bombing the camp's supply lines. German camps were no different than US camps and actually much more habitable than Soviet and Japanese camps.

The centre that was shut down was a centre for the rehabilitation of those that were convicted for Holocaust - denial crimes. I don't agree with them, but this is a grave violation of the Freedom of speech. Fun Fact: it's entirely legal for the Turks and reds (of which Germany has large groups) to deny the Armenian genocide and the crimes of the Soviets.
