It's going to be a contentious race, so the GOP will probably keep hold of the Senate and HoR no matter who wins. It'll be, as people said, Obama3 but probably with even less ability to get things through congress. I can imagine the GOP's margins increasing in Congress during the midterms in Hillary's 2nd year. I think she'd be a one-term president.
In my view, it's not going to ruin the country, but mostly because nothing will get done.
The real question is who will run on the Dem side once Hillary's done. Right now, their side looks like a geriatric hospital and they lost all their young talent in the midterms. Elizabeth Warren won't have the same 'she's a female so I am obligated to vote for her' as Hillary does and there really isn't a whole lot else going on with them.

I feel like it would be a lot more similar to Obama's second term. Obama's first two years had Democrat supermajorities in both houses of congress, so he was able to pass anything that he wanted. Hillary almost certainly won't be so lucky. Dems might take the Senate back, but I don't think they'll win the House, and even if they do, it won't be by a wide enough margin for her to actually do much.
So she'll be refusing to cooperate with a Congress that's refusing to cooperate with her, and doing whatever she can to expand Presidential powers so that she can actually get something done in between fundraising for the Clinton Foundation.
