ISIS is/was pumping up oil netting them 2-3 million USD per day.
They need to sell this with a strong discount since its illegal to fund terrorist organizations and thus also buying their oil.
People have estimated that the sell it for only 25% of the current oil prices to make it easier to find buyers and to be able to sell it quickly.
This would mean they are/were pumping up around 8-12 million USD worth of oil per day when working with normal market prices.
That would mean that around 180.000 to 270.000 barrels per day are sold by ISIS.
This in no way comes close to the production values of the US, Saudi Arabia, etc. but still we are talking about a substantive amount of oil being sold illegally on the market.
Who is buying the oil. When we are talking about such amounts of oil surely the US, EU or Russia with their intelligence gathering capacities SHOULD be able to find out who is buying such amounts of oil and how ISIS is getting paid (could also be in natura like guns, medical supplies, etc.).
Such amounts of trade cant be going unnoticed right? We are talking about tens of millions of barrels per year here!

Probably China but nobody here will be able to tell you. I also don't think it's worth the risk for the quantity of oil especially considering today's prices. Probably selling it to a sympathetic sandnigger country that's reselling it.

welcome to politics enjoy you're stay
wasn't turkey taking it?
China seems like they wouldn't give a fuck and would happily buy it. Probably other countries in the Middle East though.

No wonder our oil prices are so cheap. Saudis having to lower their prices due to lower demand as surrounding countries start buying from ISIS
>>55563583
Literally everyone is buying it. This is like Black Friday Deals on oil so you can bet your ass that every futures trader wants a piece of this action.

Buying oil is not like walking into a shop and taking it off the shelf.
The ISIS oil is likely sold through a chain of middle men at least half a dozen entities deep through shell companies, subsidiaries, with the help of certain governments, and so on. You'd have more luck trying to identify which bee pollinated the orange tree my morning juice came from.
The oil will be blended, processed, sold and re-sold umpteen times between when it is finally put in someone car and when it came out of the ground.
You'd probably got some tiny portion of ISIS oil in your car now.

Gets it. Yes, the only reason price fell off.
Not because we got free oil from iraq, lel, no, that still made gas $4 a gallon to make democrats look good.
