I worked for a dry walling company almost a decade ago now called Dryco
At one point they hired this black kid about my age (19) and he was the most useless piece of shit I'd worked with, he was supposed to be my helper so I could get shit done quicker but he just created problems and setbacks, no matter what I asked him to do he'd fuck it up, I started taking bets on his behavior, would he come back with a box of screws or nails? Would he cut it at 26 1/4 or 14 1/16 (this is a real thing that happened)
Anyway, I lost it on him one time, got called to the site office (a sea can) and was suspended for a few days (with pay luckily) and had to take a sensitivity training course
