Was drinking 20ish beers per day after I quit my job a few weeks back. Lowest point in my life, I really thought I was going to die, I couldn't get out of bed I couldn't stand to be drunk or sober.
I quit cold turkey three days ago. Felt a lot better, today my brain actually feels like it's working again. I bought a six pack of beers about four hours ago and haven't even finished one yet. I think I'm finally ready to help myself.
