Why is it even important? Women who want to do that will gravitate towards that, others will try to have some sort of career or being overly sensitive SJWs, and lastly some will try to have a family and a career and they will struggle the most.

Pretty much nothing at all. They'll be in the work force forever which isn't really a bad thing. Unemployment is at worst like 10%. Women are 50% of the population. If they all left, it would just mean men would be overworked for likely just slightly higher wage. End result is even higher male suicide. Women tend to choose different lines of work anyway.
