It's really the total opposite..so many women have those generic baby faces and bodies. They just don't have the haircut and bright red lipstick. Take >>55527799 for example. This body is completely unremarkable nowadays, but back then it was impressive enough to win her the miss america pageant. I know plenty of women with chicken legs, 27" waists and small tits. They can't become models let alone miss anything because standards are way higher now.
If you're wondering why there aren't many models and actresses who look like that, well, I'd say it's because globalization and urbanization have given people access to a greater variety of women and therefore refined beauty standards somewhat. Standards of beauty change through the decades. Media depictions of beauty are constantly shifting. The biggest change since the 1920s is that everyone got fat as fuck, but the average white woman at a healthy weight with curled hair and heavy makeup would look pretty similar to 1920s white women.
Look at these average women here. None of them are particularly attractive. The most striking thing is that their hair is styled different than modern trends. One thing to keep in mind is that enduring high quality photos of women are generally photos of models or actresses, and of course they're beautiful.
