Still I consider the video is very decent. This is not the cheap special effects, but all the work done to have a constant white balance and homogenous color tone during the entire video, and in fact the same color tone for all ISIL videos.
I think there is a team of at least 10-20 pple to achieve such result, in a relatively short time slice. My guess is that they are hosted in Saudi Arabia, or even more probably in Israel were they can do all the mounting and post-production process without the risk of being disturbed.
